In this document, "bk33 loging", "platform" or "we" refers to the bk33 loging online gaming and betting service. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform. New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

bk33 loging provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period. Several regular offers are available, including a weekly reload reward (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering), a cricket festival bonus (30%, up to ৳3,000, 18x wagering) and a weekend slots bonus (40%, up to ৳4,000, 22x wagering).

• Another promotion cannot be claimed while one promotion is already active.
• Promotional bonuses may only be used in one's own account and cannot be transferred.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• bk33 loging may change or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

When a bet is successfully confirmed on bk33 loging, a bet ID is generated. A bet is not valid until confirmation is received. If a bet cannot be accepted due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

If incorrect odds are published in sports betting — due to human or technical error — bk33 loging reserves the right to cancel the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds. Members will be informed as quickly as possible in such situations.

If a match or event is cancelled, the amount staked on the related bet will be returned to the user's account. In multi-bets, a cancelled selection will be counted as 1.00 odds. If a bet is accepted during a live match before the result is determined, the final result stands.

• Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method in cricket matches are also considered final.
• If fewer than the scheduled overs are played, the market-specific ruling for that match will apply.
• In football, whether goals scored in extra time beyond the scheduled 90 minutes are counted will be stated in the description of each market.

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited:

• Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software or any artificial intelligence.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Carrying out any activity with the intent to harm other users.

In the event of any of the above violations, bk33 loging reserves the right to take necessary legal action and may pass relevant information to the authorities.

All content on the bk33 loging platform — logos, graphics, software code, databases, text and design — is the intellectual property of bk33 loging. Users may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Written permission must be obtained to copy, distribute or reuse any content.

bk33 loging is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disruptions or third-party actions. The service is provided on an as-is basis. Betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own judgement and risk — bk33 loging does not guarantee any betting outcome.

bk33 loging's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant user in the most recent 30 days. bk33 loging is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
